Assistant
01 Summary of the position
We are seeking a driven, professional entry level candidate to join our team as Office Assistant – customer service experience is a huge plus – as well as any experience with mailing, printing, shipping, and general office assistance and services.
02 Overall responsibility
Greet and welcome all guests • Act as the point of contact for all external partners • Own all administrative duties including answering phones, organizing mail and correspondence, and managing subscriptions • Responsible for ordering office supplies, equipment, and snacks for the office • Manage maintenance on all office equipment and supplies • Help with internal recruiting as needed • Coordinate internal events and team lunches

• Phone system management
• Manage and book conference rooms
• Mail, shipping
• Kitchen stocking
• Light janitorial oversight (making sure the kitchen is in order) HR Admin:
• Purchase order administration for HR Dept
• Credit Card reconciliation-monthly consolidation of office credit card
• Lead Culture Club initiatives Skills and Experience
• 2+ years prior experience in office management, operations, administration
• College Degree
• Positive, engaging, and warm demeanor
• Immediate responsiveness, and a proactive mindset • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with demanding and/or shifting deadlines • Strong multitasking and problem-solving capabilities • Impeccable oral and written communication skills • Great listening skills; ability to sense and respond promptly to Executive needs • Must be a team player with flexibility and ability to adapt to changes with a positive, can-do attitude • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel email, calendaring) • Proactive, solutions-focused attitude
